Public Contracts During the Health Crisis
During the COVID-19 crisis, the State of New Jersey has focused its recent public contracts on directing resources to deal with this emergency (see the link below to New Jersey Department of Public Affairs' Local Finance Notice 2020-06). Nonetheless, public contracts for roads, bridges and other infrastructure must still be performed. The law firm of Nehmad Perillo Davis & Goldstein, P.C. is experienced in the law of public contracts and can assist with a variety of issues including questions regarding bid specifications, contract awards and challenges to those awards. If you have any questions regarding public contracting in New Jersey, please contact Ray Went at (609) 703-0767.
