Jessica Witmer concentrates her practice in the area of complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions as well as estate planning. Jessica has experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating a variety of transactions, including but not limited to buy-sell agreements, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreement and real estate contracts.
Prior to joining Nehmad Perillo Davis & Goldstein, Jessica worked in North Jersey and Westchester County, New York, assisting her clients with a vast range of business matters. In New York, Jessica also focused on assisting Credit Unions with their various compliance matters.
Jessica graduated from Stockton University in 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2013, where she earned a Certificate in Environmental Law. While at Pace University, she served as a senior associate on the Pace Environmental Law Review and served as the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Jessica also was a Gabel Environmental Advocacy Fellowship Recipient. She is licensed in New Jersey State, New York State, and the Southern District of New York.
Jessica grew up in Ocean City, New Jersey.
