Brittany Chan, Esq. is a New Jersey native who focuses her practice on commercial transactions and business law.
Brittany graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Media Production and Political Science. While at Rutgers University, she was a member of the Rutgers University Marching Band Drumline and played on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and during Super Bowl XLVIII.
Brittany then attended Rutgers School of Law-Camden. While pursuing her law degree, Brittany was a law clerk at Pender & Strickland, where she focused on plaintiff ’s personal injury matters involving wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, and auto accidents. Upon passing the NJ Bar, Brittany accepted a position as an attorney at Pender & Strickland. After practicing for six months, Brittany was given the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Julio Mendez, A.J.S.C. (retired) and the Honorable Michael J. Blee, A.J.S.C. upon Judge Mendez’s retirement. During her clerkship, she worked on matters involving land use, prerogative writ, probate, and underaged gambling.
After her clerkship, Brittany moved to Charlotte, NC where she became a NC licensed attorney. She practiced for two years in NC, primarily focusing on personal injury and estate planning before making her way back to New Jersey and joining Nehmad Davis & Goldstein.
