Nehmad Perillo Davis & Goldstein, PC expands with five new attorneys

Nehmad Perillo Davis & Goldstein, a prominent real estate and commercial litigation law firm, today announced its recent hiring of five new attorneys in its Egg Harbor Township and Avalon locations. The addition of these new attorneys - each of which demonstrate diversity in their background and practice areas - is a testament to the firm's commitment to establishing itself with a broad statewide platform, representing Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike.

The attorneys joining our firm will provide depth of legal services, emphasizing our focus on one-on-one communication with our clients."

The newest additions to the NPD&G team include:

CherylLynn Walters (Rutgers School of Law, Camden, 2001) concentrates her practice in all aspects of municipal/local government representation, land use (planning and zoning), real estate transactions and litigation, business formation, business sales and acquisitions, contract preparation, commercial litigation, will preparation, and probate and estate administration.

Michael J. Lario, Jr. (Rutgers School of Law, Camden, 2017) focuses his work in the areas of commercial litigation, land use, chancery litigation and local government law.He previously clerked for Hon. Mark Sandson and is a certified mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court, Special Civil Part.

Jessica R. Witmer (Pace University School of Law, 2013) practices in the area of complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning and commercial litigation.Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, she has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of transactions, including buy-sell agreements, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements and real estate contracts.

Matthew D. Sykes (Rutgers School of Law, Camden, 2011) concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, real estate development, environmental/regulatory law and appellate practice.Prior to joining Nehmad Perillo Davis & Goldstein, Matthew worked for one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' litigation firms, where he represented states' attorneys general in consumer fraud actions.Matthew also worked for a prominent firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on commercial litigation and international disputes, as well as white collar defense and investigations.

Scott Marcus (Rutgers School of Law, Camden, 1976) focuses his work on bankruptcy and work-outs, creditor rights, real estate litigation and probate litigation.He has been in continuous private practice of law since 1977 and serves of counsel to the firm.
