Michael C. Donio is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County residing in Hammonton, New Jersey. Mike focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, land use, and appellate litigation.
After graduating cum laude from Villanova University with a degree in Philosophy, Mike attended the Villanova University School of Law where he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While pursuing his law degree, Mike interned for the late Hon. Carol E. Higbee, J.A.D. and the Hon. Bernard DeLury, P.J.Cr. After law school, Mike served as a law clerk to the Honorable Julio Mendez, A.J.S.C. (retired) in the New Jersey Atlantic County Superior Court, where he primarily worked on prerogative writ matters.
Before joining Nehmad Davis, & Goldstein, Mike worked in the commercial litigation department of a regional South Jersey law firm, where he worked on general commercial disputes, oppressed shareholder disputes, and Estate disputes. In addition, Mike regularly appeared before the Gloucester County Superior Court and the Vicinage XV (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem) Chancery Court.
