Scott Marcus has been in continuous private practice of law since 1977. He began his career as a law clerk to two Superior Court Judges and thereafter since 1982 to present operated his own law firm. He is now “of counsel” to Nehmad Davis & Goldstein.
Scott is a member of the New Jersey Bar, U.S. District Court and 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Scott’s area of concentration includes bankruptcy and work-outs, creditor rights, real estate litigation and probate litigation.
Scott has throughout his career been a member of many non-profit and civic associations, including Archway School and as a trustee of Virtua Foundation. Scott also served as the Chancellor of the Rutgers Law School Alumni Association and served on the District 3 Fee Arbitration Committee.
Scott now resides in Margate, NJ with his wife of 46 years and has two grown children and five grandchildren.
